INGREDIENTS

 1 cup Liquid pasteurized egg whites
 2 scoops 77 100% Whey Protein & Isolate Matcha Green Tea
 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
 1 tbsp Sugar
  tsp (Pinch of salt)

Topping: Fresh fruit and/or Greek yoghurt and/or Chocolate syrup

 

DIRECTIONS

Whisk all ingredients together making sure to break up any protein powder clumps

Heat a small lightly oiled pan over medium high heat

Pour ¼ cup batter into pan, tilting pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly

Cook crepe for about 2 minutes or until the bottom is light brown

5

Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side

6

Serve warm filled with Greek Yogurt and top with fresh fruit and chocolate syrup
